Then, Chuck Norris weighed in on the topic. Naturally, nobody argued with the man who “can sneeze with his eyes open”. Naturally, (phony) Kenyan Birth Certificate Generators were popping up everywhere. But no sooner did U.S. News & World Report‘s Robert Schlesinger report on their existence, they seem to all have been shut down. What gives?
