Golden continued berating the airlines online, saying, “U.S. Airways seems to think it’s ok to cancel your whole itinerary & keep your $$ if you miss your first flight. How is this not theft?” But U.S. Airways didn’t take the matter lying down and publicly responded to her complaint…
But Golden’s pain wasn’t nearly over.
