Some more job changes and hires:

• The ABC News Political Unit has hired back Teddy Davis as a field producer. Previously based in New York, Davis had left the unit to pursue law school but his heart remained and so with the recent departures of Lisa Todorovich and Marc Ambinder, he jumped at the chance to return. He formerly wrote for Roll Call.

• Eva Rodriguez, the editor-in-chief of Legal Times is moving over to the New York Times Washington bureau as an editor there, and James Oliphant, the lawyerly paper’s former executive editor, is the new Legal Times editor-in-chief.

• And, in news sure to excite many hipsters, as Daily Candy readies to launch in D.C. it has tapped Annie Lou Bayly to be its editor for the Washington edition.
