Ryan Holeywell, who covers transportation and infrastructure for Governing magazine, will be leaving the publication after three years and to cover the energy industry for the Houston Chronicle. Prior to working for Governing, Holeywell wrote for BailoutSleuth.com, a nonprofit investigative news website covering TARP, and interned at USA Today and WaPo.
