Switcheroo at Greenwire and The Hill

As Ben Gemen recently left Greenwire for The Hill’s Energy & Environment Blog, The Hill’s Mike Soraghan heads to Greenwire to be an energy reporter.

Greenwire is in D.C. with bureaus in San Francisco, New York and Brussels.

Soraghan remarked that Greenwire has “demonstrated they’ll follow the story wherever it leads — Capitol Hill, Copenhagen or even China. My discussions with them presented me with an opportunity I couldn’t pass up. And I still expect I’ll be spending a lot of time on the Hill.”

The Hill’s Editor Hugo Gurdon released a memo today.

Read Gurdon’s internal note after the jump…

After three years at The Hill, Mike Soraghan is moving on. Mike has done a fine job covering the House Democrats, and has welded his fluent and clear writing to an increasingly impressive command of his subject. Please join me in wishing him success in his future career at Greenwire. Thanks, Hugo
