ABC News Awarding “Bernies” to Naughty Newsmakers

On December 30, ABC News will present “Bernies” to the worst-behaved newsmakers of 2009 during a special year-end broadcast of Nightline. This is the network’s first annual presentation of the awards, named after convicted conman Bernard Madoff.

Winners in four categories — politicians, moneymen, stars & wannabes and sick & twisted will be determined via polls on ABCNews.com.

With nominees like John Edwards, the Salahis, Tiger Woods, Blago and David Letterman, there really are no wrong answers. To cast your vote for the “Bernies,” visit ABCNews.com.
