A Few Notes on the Sunday Shows

• Turns out NBC’s Meet the Press’ exclusive with General Motors CEO Fritz Henderson wasn’t much of an exclusive. Henderson was also booked on CNN’s State of the Union Sunday. TVNewser has more.

• US Ambassador to the UN Susan Rice was George Stephanopoulos‘ guest yesterday. TVNewser points out Rice is married to This Week executive producer Ian Cameron. At the end of the interview, Stephanopoulos said, “One more note to that interview taped just a few minutes ago, you should know that Ambassador Rice’s husband produces ‘This Week’ but to avoid any conflict he was not involved in any way, with today’s interview.” He also blogged about how ABC made the booking here.

• “They are like the Brangelina of politics right now. We call them Barchelle.” That was conservative author and blogger Danielle Crittenden on CNN’s Reliable Source with Howard Kurtz yesterday, discussing President and First Lady Obama in Europe.

• And finally, from the Daily Beast, the seven best moments from Sunday talk.
