According to Nielsen Media Research in the DC market on Sunday, August 3, NBC’s “Meet the Press” with David Gregory was the most-watched Sunday show in the DC market in households, total viewers and the A25-54 demo.
NBC led households and total viewers with 58,000 and 71,000 in the DC market, respectively, followed by “FOX News Sunday” with Chris Wallace in 2nd for both categories in 43,000 households with 58,000 total viewers. In the key A25-54 demo, Univision’s “Al Punto” had 17,000 viewers, second to MTP at 21,000.
While on top this week, compared to the same week last year, NBC was up the least, at +16%. FOX was up +57%, ABC up +55%, and CBS +44%. Univision 40,000 total viewers this week was up +900% to last year’s 4,000 P2 viewers in the DC market.
