Fiscal Times Nabs former WaPo and NJ Scribes

The Fiscal Times has picked up three veteran journos for its Washington Bureau. Adam Ross, a former WaPo politics Web producer and writer, will be Deputy Washington Editor beginning November 29.  Kirk Victor and Keith White, both long-time political and government reporters for NJ, have also joined the Washington Bureau as contributing writers.

Ross most recently was Managing Editor at Sans Institute, where he authored a blog for Government Executive Magazine.

Eric Pianin, TFT’s Washington Editor, made the announcement.

Lisa Caruso has moved from the lobbying beat to an issues-oriented beat covering education, transportation, and immigration.

Alexis Simendinger will be filling the newly created beat of national correspondent. She’ll be examining public policy and political issues that are now at the state level but heading Washington’s way.
