Good morning Washington.

Got a blind item, interesting link, funny note, comment, birthday, anniversary or anything of the sort for Morning Reading List? Drop us a line or let us know in the tips box below.

We've got your morning mix of media Muesli after the jump...

40 years ago, Jacqueline Kennedy married Aristotle Onassis. Tom Petty is 50. Snoop Dogg is 37. You thought that Colin Powell was going to endorse Obama, just going to show that FB readers are oh so smart. Check out today's White House Photo of the Day from Time. Today's "Angry Journalist" rant of the day: "There will be more job cuts at my newspaper after only a couple month's respite from the specter of layoffs. I guess those of us that are left will have to do less with more! I'm thinking we'll now have job cuts every quarter now to appease the shareholders when the bad numbers come out. It already feels like we're cut to the bone."
