Tapper Gets ‘Down & Dirty’
Cousin TVNewser reports on how ABCNews is beginning to experiment with some blogs–including, for Washingtonians, two blogs specifically focused on the Supreme Court and whatever happens to be on Jake Tapper‘s mind at the given moment.
Manuel Medrano, the network’s legal affairs correspondent, will be reporting on the Court and legal matters, whereas Tapper will focus on “one of a kind takes on the intersection of politics and popular culture.”
As Tapper says in his opening entry, “Yo. Today begins the grand abc news blog experiment. Blogs being built on spontaneity and opinion — neither of which big mainstream news organizations are particularly known for — but we’ll see how it goes….”
