The Atlantic Seeks New Communications Director

The Atlantic is looking for a PR guru to become its new communications director. D.C. dwellers considering a change of scenery will be happy to know that the job can be located in our nation’s capital or New York City.

In this position, you’ll be responsible for raising brand visibility, playing a key role in creating strategic communications strategy for the magazine, and covering press for Atlantic Live events. The media company is looking for a passionate and energetic individual, who can be the point person for general PR campaigns, as well as outreach on behalf of the D.C. staff.

The ideal candidate will have a proven record of achievement in past public relations positions, and be able to demonstrate professionalism, discretion and great judgment.
