Company Sniffs Into Consumer Quirks

Today The Atlantic partners with NowThis News to bring us quirky details about President Obama and Mitt Romney supporters, namely, their consumer interests.

The video and story are based on Bluefin Labs, a company that sniffed around through people’s Facebook and Twitter updates to come up with such findings.

Do we really care who drinks Coors (Romney supporters) and who wears skinny jeans (Obama fans)? Or who eats Arby’s (Romney supporters) and who roughs it at Red Lobster (Obama fans)? Not really, but the creepiness of the whole thing is enough to get us to watch the video, which is actually pretty entertaining.
