The Hill Launches Twitter Room

Need all your politico tweets in one place? Can’t keep track of updates from President Obama, Sen. McCain and Sen. McCaskill? The Hill launched a solution to that very problem today.

Twitter Room on the Hill’s website will have a live tweetstream, links to key Twitter-ers and highlighted tweets with expert commentary and context so “politically savvy people can stay in touch with the tweets that will keep them in the loop,” according to the release.

“The Twitter Room is an exciting new addition to The Hill’s growing online operations,” says Hill editor-in-chief Hugo Gurdon. “It extends the reach of thehill.com into a sphere where more and more people, including the president, are taking their message and documenting their work. The Hill’s Twitter Room offers visitors a live tweetstream, plus links to key twitters, and context and comment from our team of bloggers.”
