‘This Week’ Live Tweet Due to Ana Marie Cox
ABC’s Jake Tapper, interim host of “This Week” until Christiane Amanpour takes over in August, is putting his own touches on the show, one of which is now including live tweeting.
In a tweet this weekend, Tapper gives credit to GQ’s Ana Marie Cox for coming up with the idea. “Should point out live-tweet/blog of #ThisWeek was first suggested by @anamariecox,” Tapper said.
David Chalian, ABC’s political director live tweeted the show, with Tapper chiming in before and after.
Tapper hinted in another tweet to expect another new feature within a few weeks. We’ll keep you posted…
