    The Digital Freedom Campaign, a broad-based coalition of innovators, consumers, and consumer rights organizations will host its first Digital Freedom Band Showcase at Washington D.C.’s Rock and Roll Hotel on Thursday evening. The invitation-only event will offer policymakers, media and industry representatives a stage side view of how digital technologies have enabled an explosion of innovation and creativity in the music world. The showcase will feature Brooklyn phenom Jonathan Coulton and other Digital Freedom bands.
