Tucker Has Contemplated Hiring Weigel (In the Past…)
Politico’s Ben Smith unearthed an interesting tidbit on the former WaPo Dave Weigel affair. Turns out Weigel has (before last week) spoken with The Daily Caller‘s Editor-in-Chief Tucker Carlson about possibly working there.
“I like Dave Weigel and I think he’s very talented,” Carlson told Smith. “I don’t think he’d be interested in working here.”
