TWT Snags 3-peat Pulitzer Prize-Winning Photo Editor
One of Fishbowl’s “Most Ambitious” media folks of 2009, John Solomon tells us that TWT has hired Janet Reeves to serve as Assistant Managing Editor for Photography.
Reeves, a three-time Pulitzer Prize winner hails from the Rocky Mountain News where she led her team to two Pulitzer Prizes for Breaking News: one in 2000 for its coverage of the Columbine school shooting and the other in 2003 for the Colorado wildfires. She led her team to a third Pulitzer in 2006 for Feature Photography for its “Final Salute” expose that documented the work of the Armed Forces members called upon to notify families of the deaths of their sons and daughters in Iraq.
