U.S. News & World Report today announced the promotion of managing editor for money and health Kim Castro to executive editor of consumer advice. Castro’s promotion was announced with the hire of Kim Heneghan as VP and GM of money products.
Castro will oversee U.S. News advice content, written by U.S. News reporters – many experts in their specific topic area – and professional and academic contributors with expertise in health and wellness, finance, etc.
“More than half of our audience is coming to usnews.com for guidance on important decisions in their lives,” said president and CEO Bill Holiber. “Kim Heneghan and Kim Castro will be major assets as we develop new consumer advice content and decision making tools in Money and across our site.”
