WaPo‘s Kevin Merida sent out this upbeat memo to staff this afternoon:

Colleagues, some terrific news: Greg Miller and Rebecca Morley welcomed the arrival of their son this morning at 5:52 a.m. at Sibley. The little guy weighed in at 6 lbs 11 oz, and immediately racked up a stunning apgar of 9.9. Greg says mother and baby are doing very well. A name? Is there a deadline? “Still mulling,” says Greg.

Miller covers the intelligence beat for WaPo. Welcome “So and So” to the Fishbowl! As soon as you get a name, we’ll update. We don’t want you to miss out on your first dose of fame.
