WaPo’s Klein Denies Briefing Top-Level Hill Aides
This is rich.
While WaPo management remains defiantly mute on the subject of Ezra Klein briefing Senate Democratic Chiefs of Staff a week ago Friday, Klein kept things nice and vague as late as Monday. Fox News’ Grapevine reported Monday that Klein was asked about the briefing. FNC reported, “Klein denied briefing anyone, saying — quote– ‘I am in continuous conversation with dozens of staffers, in dozens of offices, from both parties.’”
Weirdly they cite Media Bistro (properly written Mediabistro) but refuse to name the website, FishbowlDC. Come on Fox News, you can write it and you won’t melt or burst into flames.
