Ward Takes Heat for Hotness
It’s a double-edged sword getting a spot on The Hill‘s 50 Most Beautiful People of Capitol Hill list. On one hand, you’re being declared attractive – not a bad thing in life. On the other, it’s an honor that often brings certain grief from friends, family, colleagues and strangers.
The only journo on this year’s list, The Daily Caller‘s Jon Ward, got into it briefly with Bloomberg Television‘s D.C. scribe Lizzie O’Leary on Wednesday over Twitter.
Lizzie: @jonward is pretty. That’s all.
Jon: @lizzieohreally that’s not nice.
Lizzie: @jonward11 as in “that is all I have to say” – you beautiful people so easily wounded.
At some point the hashtag #givingjoncrapallday emerged.
