As we’ve reported, The Daily Caller‘s Jonathan Strong has taken a new job covering House leadership for Roll Call. But before he starts at the end of August, he’s headed to Tokyo for some R&R.

“My wife Anna Beth’s sister lives there with her husband, who is a Navy chaplain,” he explained. “They live near Tokyo. I’m sure we’ll see Mt. Fuji but I think the details are still evolving. They’re going to show us around. We’ll be there for nine days.”

After having a blast at The Daily Caller for the past year and a half, I’m headed to Roll Call to cover the House. It’s been a pleasure working with all of you.
