News consultant Andrew Tyndall added up the airtime of the nation’s top network news correspondents (anchors excluded) over the last decade. NBC’s Andrea Mitchell topped the list with 2,416 minutes of airtime. NBC’s David Gregory, CBS’ David Martin and NBC’s Pete Williams all placed in the top five. DC boasts 7 of the top 10 and 12 of the top 20 most heavily-used newsers of the decade.
