A note to WaPo‘s Gene Weingarten: Have you never heard the expression “compare and despair?” Earlier this week, Weingarten, whose avatar is a pile of sh-t, expressed jealousy and angst toward Amy Dickinson‘s (a.k.a. Asking Amy) avatar. Hers is a huge chocolate doughnut with sprinkles that Weingarten has turned into something else entirely.
Weingarten wrote: “@AskingAmy ‘s avatar is a giant, disgusting chocolate toilet seat, so why do I get all the grief for my nebbishy little turd?”
