It’s been nearly two weeks since we heard from Washington Post media critic Erik Wemple and the radio silence has had us worried. Where in the world is Mr. Wemple?
Since August 8, not a post has been made to his site or tweet to his Twitter handle. Is he OK? Is he safe? Did something happen after we saw him two Fridays ago as a guest on PBS’s “Mediatwits” discussing recent accusations and instances of plagiarism in the media industry?
We reached out to Wemple, who confirmed that he’s alive and OK. He’s in Granby, Canada and has been vacationing with his family. They most recently biked La Route Verte au Québec.
