The only people who go to World Net Daily for news are people who end up there on accident by way of a hyperlink or people who want their worst thoughts about Democrats echoed back to them.

The story is actually aggregated from a Tuesday article in Reuters about Chelsea Clinton and the Clinton Health Access Initiative working to end preventable deaths in Nigeria, thousands of which are caused by diarrhea.
