WPCF Elects New Officers, Adds Board Members

The Washington Press Club Foundation has announced its 2012 officers:  Medill News Service’s Ellen Shearer will serve as president; David Meyers from CQ Roll Call was elected vice president; The Hill’s Sheila Casey will be treasurer and Bloomberg’s Julie Davis will be secretary. The group also welcomed four new members to its Board of Directors:  Lesley Clark, McClatchy News; Nia-Malika Henderson,Washington Post; Laurie Kellman, Associated Press; Ken Strickland,NBC News.

In addition, the foundation announced that the Annual Congressional Dinner will take place on February 8, 2012.  For more info on the association or dinner, visit www.wpcf.org.
