97.1 FM Finally Shuts Up This Friday
Apparently 97.1, the talk radio station is going all Britney and Beyonce songs as of Friday.
Which means Adam Carolla and Danny Bonaduce are unemployed and that could cause a public health crisis.
A commenter on news of Carolla’s firing asked:
Maybe this portends an end to the era of middle-aged “frat boy” radio jocks espousing their “I’m more of a wise-ass than you could ever be” schtick?
Interesting. Howard Stern is the Quentin Tarantino of radio. His imitators made him tired and annoying.
Oh and film nerds – don’t write us and tell us that it’s Tarantino who ripped everyone off because then you’ve clearly missed our point.
