BondSt Wants To Become DJ Home To Writers At-Large

Sally Horchow, the lifestyle writer for the New York Times and Town & Country, took on a new exploratory lifestyle as a DJ at the oh so swinging Beverly Hills restaurant and club (?), BondSt.

Publicist Henry Eshelman reports:

“Ok, so far so good. Sally Horchow’s ‘Guests on the Decks’ night at BondSt Lounge was remarkable, in both her motivational musical selections and frankly, her rapid mastery of the DJ software under battle conditions. The bar was still quite busy at 11 p.m. and Sally had to be coaxed away from the turntables.

So we’re going to make it official: most Tuesdays starting Dec. 2, we’re back at BondSt. with personalities of note. The next personality is Darren Gold.

Darren’s been a filmmaker; a fashion designer, a technologist, and now he’s co-founded Alpha, a “go-to” store for men on Melrose. I guess that makes him a 21st Century haberdasher.”

We’re still waiting for a smackdown in DJ booth between Variety’s Peter Bart and Hollywood Reporter’s Elizabeth Guider.
