FBLA knew it wouldn’t last. US Weekly online editor Noelle Hancock (boy, that Yale degree really paid off, didn’t it?) is reporting that Britney Spears has decided not see (and be seen with) Paris Hilton in public ever again. An unnamed insider says:
Britney told Paris that it’s not personal.

Paris, reportedly, didn’t invite Spears to her Christmas party and now refers to her ex-pal as Animal.
