Time Out Los Angeles Seeks City-Savvy Website Editor
If you know where all the real L.A. hotspots are (i.e. places that haven’t been featured on The Hills) here’s a job for you. Time Out is looking for an editor to launch its Los Angeles website.
You’ll be responsible for having your finger on the pulse of the arts and entertainment scene, covering everything from music and theater to restaurants and bars. You’ll oversee the day-to-day operations of the site, while managing a small staff. Of course, you’ll also assign, write and edit packages, and coordinate with Time Out New York on North American editorial initiatives.
To land the gig, you’ll need three to five years of experience in the digital space, along with experience managing a staff. You should be passionate about L.A. culture, but also know your way around CMS, SEO best practices, social networking and HTML. Familiarity with analytics tools will go a long way, too. Interested? Apply here.
