Cathy Seipp: Victim of Cybersquatter
Journalist Cathy Seipp is fighting for her life at Cedars Sinai, but cybersquatter Eliot Stein has already started using the domain name cathyseipp.com that he registered a few years back. On that site, there’s a letter, supposedly signed by Seipp. Stein pulled a similar stunt on Roy Masters a few years back, but Masters is hale and hearty and not very concerned.
FBLA deplores cybersquatting in the best of times, but this act is really beyond the bounds of decency.
The site is currently down, and let’s hope it stays that way.
