This Wednesday marks National Signing Day, where high school seniors can sign their National Letter of Intent on where they intend to play college football in the fall.
CBSLA.com will cover the local football signings during their fourth annual Signing Day show on Feb. 1 at 5:15pm.
“It’s become one of those days that you mark on your calendar,” host Rahshaun Haylock told FishbowlLA. “You know the first Wednesday in February marks National Signing Day and everyone goes nuts about who’s going to sign with whom and which school will end up with the best class.”
“For me and our staff that puts this show together at CBSLA.com, there’s a sense of pride we take in having covered these players and watched them grow up to an extent and the possibilities of what they can accomplish once they get to the next level.”
Haylock will be joined by coaches from USC and UCLA and Ron Allen, co-founder of B2G Elite, a local football development camp.
