Dr. Laura Moves To Satellite Radio

Dr. Laura Schlessinger will end her nationally syndicated radio show on December 31st, but she won’t be quitting the airwaves. Dr. Laura has signed a multi-year contract with Sirius XM Radio, where, presumably, she can say the N-word as many times as she likes. The new show premieres on January 3rd.

It was just a few months back that Dr. Laura Schlessinger announced on Larry King that she was quitting her show. Dr. Laura made the decision amid controversy over a racially charged rant where she used the N-word 11 times and told a black caller who objected to the word that she had a chip on her shoulder. Dr. Laura said of the move to Sirius:

The first and most important thing that appealed to me was the freedom to speak my mind without advertisers and affiliates being attacked by activist groups that just love to censor anything they don’t agree with.

Oh, you uptight activist groups, attacking an upper class white woman for saying NIGGER loudly and proudly on the airwaves. How un-American!
