E&P Sold! Resumes Publication!

What a feel good story this has turned out to be. The 125 year old publication Editor & Publisher was shuttered last month and due to popular demand and a willing buyer, it’s back. They didn’t even skip an issue.

They write on their site:

Editor & Publisher, the only independent news organization reporting on all aspects of the transforming newspaper business, will resume publication in print and online following its sale Thursday to Duncan McIntosh Co. Inc., the Irvine, Calif.-based magazine and newspaper publisher.

The announcement came exactly two weeks after the closing of E&P, the acknowledged “bible of the newspaper industry,” which can trace its roots back 126 years.

Congratulations to all who’ve kept their jobs. We love this story. Lets have more of them in 2010.
