Erin Andrews Video Used To Spread Computer Virus, Justice
The video of ESPN reporter Erin Andrews being unknowingly taped while undressing has almost been scrubbed from the internet. As it should be. The video was illegally made and distributed. Andrews was violated when she was filmed without her knowledge or consent, and that violation continues every time some jerkface watches the video.
So there’s some satisfaction in learning that hackers are using the video of Andrews as bait. Jerkfaces attempt to download the creepy video and end up with a computer virus instead.
Graham Cluley of the antivirus firm Sophos explains on his blog:
[H]ackers are no slacks when it comes to taking advantage of a hot internet search trend, and although the real video has now been removed from YouTube, they have been quick to set up bogus webpages claiming to contain the video footage of Ms Andrews in her hotel room.

Here’s my advice – if you want to look at naked women, buy yourself an adult magazine or get yourself a girlfriend. If you go searching for sleazy videos then don’t be surprised if it’s not just your mind that ends up corrupted, but your computer, too.
