Dustin Lance Black just won Best Screenplay for Milk, and made the sweetest acceptance speech. Black is a gay Mormon, and also a writer on Big Love. The fag hag in us is in love. He directed the following to the gay and lesbian youth watching:

You are beautiful, wonderful creatures that have value. And no matter what anyone tells you, God loves you. And very soon you will have equal rights across this great nation of ours.
