LA Press Club Panel On Leaving Journalism

lapress.jpg Whether they were laid off, fired, or just quit in frustration, there’s plenty of journalists without jobs trying to figure out what to do next. Next Thursday, Feb. 26 at 7 p.m. the Los Angeles Press Club is hosting a panel discussion on “What to Do After You Leave Your Job in Journalism”. The panelists will include Brent Hopkins and Gayle Pollard-Terry, award-winning journalists who have made successful transitions into other job fields. The panel will also include two job experts, and will be moderated by L.A. Weekly News Editor Jill Stewart. More details available here.
