Marilyn Monroe On Marijuana

Turns out the rebellious icon was also a pot smoker. A home movie of actress Marilyn Monroe smoking a joint has recently surfaced, approximately 50 years after it was shot. New-York based collector Keya Morgan bought the footage for $275K, and plans to offer it for sale on eBay in the near future. From Reuters:

At one point Monroe is passed a cigarette and takes a puff but does not appear to inhale deeply. The person who made the film confirmed that the cigarette contained marijuana, saying: “I got it (the pot). It was mine. It was just passed around.”

“It was not a party. It was just a get-together. You know, come over and hang out,” the person said.
