WHAT: Hairspray jewelry collection launch at Kitson
WHO: Zac Efron, Amanda Bynes, Elijah Kelley, Nikki blonsky, Ashley Tisdale, Monique Coleman, Lauren Storm, Kristy Frank and others (but not, we fear, Travolta)
