Michael Phelps, winner of 14 career gold medals got photographed smoking a bong. Now it’s an entire day of faux non-outrage by the media. Like mentioning it…not condemning it…but mentioning that it’s being mentioned by other outlets…also not condemning it…but generally hinting that it should be condemned – for the children etc.
And then there are all sorts of apologies.
Is this a fall from grace?
