Jay Leno is ‘retiring’ from the “Tonight Show” that airs at 11:35 at night and developing a new show to air at 10:00 on NBC. Since “ER” is already in its final season, “My Own Worst Enemy” and “Lipstick Jungle,” that had that time slot have already been canceled. So is “Law and Order” about to go away too?

Looks likely.

Anyway, the show has yet to be named officially. In the press conference making the announcement, reporters asked a couple of times what the name will be. “The Jay Leno Show,” is the working title.
