Some of the graphics are a little off. For example, the Staples Center has no roof and Chuck Henry suddenly looks about 20 years younger.

But overall, NMA’s animated take on the Stanley Cup finals, complete with a full resurrection of recently retired mascot The Burger King, is the funniest thing the Taiwanese gang have put together in ages. Particularly hilarious is the sequence where several Kings players are shown waiting in line at a “Champions Only” nightclub while a Laker and Dodger are waived through by the bouncer.

Even though the video has the Kings up 3-0, the makers perhaps weren’t paying full attention last night. While LA went two-for-three on the power play, the NMA VO suggests the team will need to improve that aspect of their game if they’re going to take the Cup. Small quibble; watch… and enjoy.
