Phelps Gets Suspended and Booted

Michael Phelps, winner of 14 gold medals, recent pot smoker got suspended from USA Swimming for 3 months for getting caught on camera smoking a bong.

Also one of his many sponsors Kellogg dumped him. From the LAT:

Earlier Thursday, cereal and snack maker Kellogg Co. announced it wouldn’t renew its sponsorship contract with Phelps, saying his behavior is “not consistent with the image of Kellogg.”

Maybe it’s not consistent with the image Kellogg has of itself but when we think Cheez-its, Pop Tarts and Keeblers – we think stoners. We think they should be THANKING their pot smokers for keeping them in business. Not punishing them.

Earlier, on FBLA do we care that he smoked pot? And yes, we don’t.
