Power 106 DJ Releasing Autobiography
Power 106 radio host Big Boy is releasing an autobiography titled An XL Life: Staying Big at Half the Size.
Cash Money Content is releasing the book, which looks at Big Boy’s rise from a homeless kid to one of the biggest DJ’s in the nation, along with overcoming obesity.
At one point in his life, Big Boy weighed 511 pounds, but was inspired by actor Will Smith to shed the weight.
“His story is an inspiration to anyone looking, not merely to overcome obstacles, but to absorb, process and actually utilize adversity to their advantage,” Smith said of Big Boy.
