Radar’s Night Out with Sons of Hollywood

Radar sent Thomas Patterson out with the Sons of Hollywood, and has what seems to be an ok time.

David “Sammy Glick for the new millenium” Weintraub comes off as an operator, but at least he’s got something on the ball. He’s also the best looking. Something is wrong.

Sean Stewart should have been strangled at birth.

Randy Spelling needs to change his name and get a plan. Change ‘em both, stud. He whines:

Forty years ago, Hollywood and the industry was so glamorous that if you were the son of someone famous, you were actually treated like royalty. Now it’s, “You must be spoiled, you’re just a little rich kid.”

Which is crap. He’s 29. Jake Kasdan (32), Colin Hanks (30), Kate Hudson (28), Emma Roberts (16), Schuyler Fisk (25),all have better careers than Spelling does. Why doesn’t he go get an MBA? Or a BA? Why acting? Why not producing?

Patterson paints a more accurate picture than the LAT ever did, while not shooting flabby fish in a barrel. Ray Richmond votes for “unwatchable”. YMMV.
