Reboot: PC World and Macworld Seek New SVP/GM

Are you PC or Mac? The correct answer is both. PC World and Macworld are looking for a new senior vice president/general manager to oversee their strategic planning and management of business development, audience development, product development, project management, e-commerce, online design and technology teams. Yep, this is a big gig.

If hired, you’ll work from PC World’s San Francisco office, and be responsible for online traffic growth, the planning and execution of continuous web site improvements, reader-revenue initiatives and new product launches. You’ll also be the go-to person for acquiring new business partnerships, managing workflow and, ultimately, ensuring that the company stays on top of its game.

To be considered, you must have at least 10 years of internet experience with P&L responsibilities related to product management and product development. You should also have a proven track record in building and launching successful internet products and services.
