Running With Arnold Gets Celebrity Endorsement. Kinda

From the sounds of it, Running With Arnold the Dan Cox docu about Arnold Schwarzenegger, has been warmly received at its L.A. premiere. While reviewers think he went too far, audiences have complimented Cox, saying he knows a thing or two about point of view and story-telling.
But, apparently, he doesn’t know anything about star-gazing.
After Sunday night’s screening at the Laemmle 5, Cox approached a distinguished-looking gentleman and asked him if he’d like to stay for the director’s Q&A.
“So, are you in Hollywood?” Cox asked the man.
“Yes,” he replied.
“What do you do?” Cox said.
“I’m an actor.”
Isn’t everyone?” Cox quipped.
During the Q&A the man went on and on about how much he liked the film. That’s when Cox realized it: The man was William Hurt.
“He showed up out of the blue, paid $10, saw the film and was eagerly and intelligently discussing it, with no prompting whatsoever from me,” Cox tells FBLA. “Very cool.”
Cooler, still, is that Hurt wasn’t, er, hurt by the lack of recognition.
