Over the weekend, Mayrav Saar, whose name should be familiar to faithful readers, writes of 87 year old Malibu scenester, Mike Silverman, in the NY Times. He lives next door to the notorious Polaroid Party House and seems to enjoy it immensely.

Bob Pool, writing on the same topic in the LA Times, missed or ignored Silverman and got the cranky neighbors to go on the record, because no one has any fun in LA.
